1. Membership: To participate, one must be a member of the Nepal Pigeon Flying Sports Association, and memberships must be renewed.
2. Pigeon Count: A minimum of five (5) and a maximum of seven (7) pigeons are required. The flight time of the five longest-flying pigeons will be calculated; the remaining two will serve as reserves.
3. Super Six Selection: The Association will select the top 6 competitors whose pigeons have recorded the highest total flight times for the "SUPER SIX" round.
4. Super Six Finals: A two-round flight competition will be held among the 6 selected finalists. The average flight time of these two rounds will determine the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and up to 6th place winners. However, the "Best Pigeon" award will go to the single pigeon that flies the longest duration throughout the competition.
5. Timing: The competition window is from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Competitors must release all participating pigeons simultaneously by 8:30 AM.
6. Marking: Pigeons must be marked with color/dye the day before the competition. The marks must be clearly visible during flight and landing and must be uniform. If two competitors are participating from the same house, they must use different colors.
7. Guidance/Flagging: Pigeons may be guided using a flag or cloth with the judge's permission for up to 10 minutes after release. If a pigeon lands in less than 2 hours, its time will not be counted, and it will be automatically disqualified.
8. Visibility (Initial): Pigeons must remain visible in the sky within 10 minutes of leaving the home "Kawa" (territory). If a pigeon returns after a long flight due to exhaustion and leaves the territory, it must return within 30 minutes at the same or higher altitude.
9. Disappearance (High Altitude): If pigeons fly so high they become invisible, they must reappear within 5 hours if it is after 10:00 AM. Failure to reappear within 5 hours results in automatic disqualification.
10. Conditioning: Within 4 hours, at least 3 pigeons that have clipped wings, sewn wings, or are unable to fly must be left on the home net or roof. Once released, they cannot be put back inside. If a pigeon released as a "dropper" (lure) flies away, the competitor's score will be voided.
11. Confidentiality: Judges are prohibited from sharing scores with anyone (via mobile or other means) except the Chief Judge until the final results are announced.
12. Weather Conditions: In case of adverse weather where judges cannot see the pigeons, flight time calculation will be decided based on mutual agreement between the competitor and the judge. If the competitor wishes to fly again, they will be given up to two more opportunities.
13. Landing Zones: Competitors must designate two nearby houses as "Arenas" (landing zones) in writing on the flight form before the start. For competitors in joined houses, two additional houses can be listed. If a pigeon lands on these designated houses, it must return to the competitor's house within the competition period; otherwise, its time will not be counted.
14. Shared Households: A maximum of two pigeon keepers from the same house can participate, but they must fly their pigeons at the same time on the same day.
15. High-Altitude Landing: Pigeons that have been "invisible" (flying very high) for a long duration (more than 1 hour) must be visible in a "tick-tick" (steady/controlled) state upon landing.
16. Hospitality: The competitor must provide tea and snacks/lunch by 1:00 PM for the 2–3 judges assigned to their house.
17. Integrity: If a written complaint of irregularity or fraud is filed against judges or competitors, the Central Committee will investigate. If found guilty, the individual's membership will be suspended indefinitely, and legal action may follow.
18. Stray Pigeons: If pigeons other than those entered in the competition land at a competitor’s house, the Chief Judge must be informed. The Chief Judge and judges will decide whether to continue or cancel that specific session.
19. Predators: If a pigeon is chased by hawks or other predators and lands on a house other than the two designated "Arenas," the competitor must identify it. If the identified pigeon returns home by 6:00 PM, the time it landed elsewhere will be recorded and validated. If the landing spot is not visible, the pigeon must return to its home territory within 15 minutes, or the competitor may catch and bring it back.
20. Prohibited Substances: The consumption of any intoxicating substances (drugs/alcohol) within the competitor's premises during the competition is strictly prohibited.
21. Final Authority: The decision of the judges is final. In case of disputes regarding the rules mentioned above, the Central Committee holds the authority to make the final decision as per the Association’s constitution.

Mandatory Duty: Competitors who participate in the 26th Pigeon Flying Sport must mandatorily serve as judges at locations designated by the Organizing Committee at least twice. "Following the rules, dignity, and discipline of the sport is the true identity of a pigeon keeper. Therefore, let us make the pigeon flying competition clean, entertaining, and free of controversy."
