Data Deletion Instructions
How to remove your account and personal data from our platform.
Requesting Data Deletion
At Pigeon Tournament System (PON), we value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, you can do so through the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Request
Currently, account deletion can be requested by contacting our support team directly from your registered email address.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@pigeonnepal.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your username or registered email.
What Happens Next?
- Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.
- Processing: Once verified, we will remove your name, email address, profile picture, and social media identifiers from our database within 30 days.
- Tournament Records: Please note that some historical tournament data (like flight times and rankings) may be anonymized rather than deleted if it is necessary for the integrity of historical competition records.
- Confirmation: You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.
Facebook App Data Deletion
If you used Facebook to log in, you can also remove our app's access to your data through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you'll linked with your Facebook.
- Search and click Pigeon Nepal in the search bar.
- Scroll and click Remove.
